FREQUENCY CONTROL

Remember, your model is being radio controlled by a unit either on the 75mHZ or the general purpose 27mHZ 'citizens' band. Model cars and ships share these bands and if someone else is on your frequency it could lead to trouble. It's a good idea to carry a set or two of different frequency crystals in the event someone at or near the boating site is on the same frequency.

(insert frequency 'cartoon')

Before turning on your transmitter check with everyone operating model ships or cars in the area to assure your frequency is clear. And insure that anyone arriving on the scene who will be operating an r/c unit does the same before they switch on.

Never use a surface band r/c system in a model aircraft! And never use an aircraft r/c system in anything but a model aircraft. Remember: "The FCC giveth. The FCC can taketh away!"

TOTAL WAR!

Your model submarine is in working order and there is nothing but model warships and ducks in your patrol area. What's a sub Skipper to do?

That's right, declare unrestricted warfare on anything that moves.
