Since 1977 Seasoned Surfboards has been dedicated to building hand-crafted performance surfboards. Through precision work and pain staking detail, our team of master craftsmen are always pushing quality and performance to the next level. All Seasoned Surfboards are proudly built here in our factory, on the right coast of the USA. The driving force behind Seasoned Surfboards is owner/ craftsman David Barnes. Through David's tireless committment and countless hours of testing, research, and innovation, Seasoned Surfboards continues to push new board designs, meeting both the needs of the novice and the demands of the pros.

Along with custom, hand shaped designs, we are one of only a few factories that have a state of the art, CNC surfboard shaping machine in house. Our machine, in combination with Shape3D design software, allows us to make changes and detailed refinements to push board performance to the next level. This combination also allows us to perfectly reproduce tested and proven board designs. Here at Seasoned Surfboards we believe it’s important for the surfer to have a personal relationship with the shaper. Having this type of relationship allows the surfer to get the most out of his or her surfing experience.
